Driver / Owner Operators

LOOKING FOR ENERGETIC AND PROFESSIONAL CANDIDATES NOW!! 

For this position, you will be required to provide your own vehicle. An acceptable vehicle can be a pickup truck with canopy or shell (small economical style preferred), a mini or full size van (cargo style preferred), and/or an adequate SUV or Wagon. The vehicle must have a good overall appearance and be in good mechanical and safe condition. The vehicle must not be over 5 years old (some exceptions made). If you do not have a vehicle that meets these standards, ask about our lease or rent-a-vehicle program.

Owner Operators can earn as much as $1000.00 per week depending on the amount of hours they're willing to work. Average earnings however are approximately $635.00 per week. The opportunity to earn a better than average living for the industries standards is mostly up to you. How knowledgeable you are of the area and the customers we service, how efficient and productive you are, how many hours you're willing to work and how many deliveries you make, are some of the factors in determining how much you can earn. To be proficient and maximize your earning potential as an Owner Operator, it is extremely helpful to have a good geographical knowledge of the Portland/Vancouver Metropolitan areas and be able to read and understand a map book.

Any driving job you may be applying for has certain basic requirements that you should be aware of before you proceed through the interview and hiring process.

• Must have a current Oregon or Washington Motor Vehicle driver's license and a clean MVR.
• Must be able to lift and/or handle heavier items when necessary.
• Must be able to work full time.
• Must be able to work in a Team environment.
• Must be dependable, reliable, prompt, and have continuous good attendance.
• Must have Excellent Customer service skills and a Professional Positive Attitude.
• Must agree to submit to random drug testing throughout the course of your employment.

Driver - Company Truck

To qualify for this position you must have an appropriate CDL driver's license and meet certain company and DOT guidelines. In addition, you must have truck driving or similar experience and be able to drive full size Box or Flat Bed trucks anywhere from 15 feet to 24 feet in length.
