Click on CREDIT APP to print out the credit application and fax it to us at 503-240-9055.  You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to view and print the application. To get Acrobat please refer to Adobe's website www.adobereader.com.

Do you want online access to your account?

City Sprint online allows you to place and trace orders online.  In addition you can run reports and look up all invoices on your account.  Please send an email with your company name, account number, requested username (12 characters or less), and requested password to to onlineacct@csdl-inc.com.  We will process your request  and you are on your way to faster, easier ordering and tracking online.
