August 10, 2009 - City Sprint is experiencing some phone line issues for calls originating from 503 and 971 area codes.  Please try our 1-800-335-4837 or 1-877-273-5462 toll free numbers as they seem to be working from these area codes.  We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.  UPDATED info as of 4:20pm!!  Some of our customers are continuing to have some problems calling our main line at 503-285-5000.  Please use the toll free numbers as they bypass the issue.  We have our phone service provider diligently working on the problem and hope to have it resolved shortly.  Thank you for your patience.

July, 2009 - City Sprint has a new nationwide toll free number so its possible to reach us from any phone number anywhere in the United States.  The new number is 1-877-CSDL-INC or 1-877-273-5462.  Be sure to write it down!! 

June 29, 2009 - Having an issue or getting an error message placing an order online?   You may need to clear your internet browser's cached files.  For Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Options and Delete Temporary Files.  You will need to close all open browser windows and open up a new browser window and try logging in again.  Still having problems?  Give us a call and we can take your order right away over the phone!!

May 2009 - City Sprint has cross dock services available.  We will offload your incoming trailer or container and then load up your outgoing trailer or container.  Short term storage is available if needed. 

April 6, 2009 - Sameday services are changing.  No, we are not getting rid of them!!  Sameday is now a six hour service for local deliveries.  Services are available weekdays in the Portland-Vancouver metro area from 7AM to 11AM.  We will pick up and deliver your shipment within 6 hours of the ready time.

February 2009 - City Sprint has a brand new logo.  Now its easier than ever to spot our delivery trucks and vehicles throughout the area.  Look for changes here too as we update our website to better serve you, our customer.

October 2008 - Sameday service is now being offered from the Portland Metro area to Salem/Keizer and Kelso/Longview areas.  Need something from those areas?  The service is available from Salem/Keizer & Kelso/Longview as well. Ready by 11AM weekdays, we will deliver by 4:30PM. 

August 2008 - WE HAVE MOVED!!  After 10 years at our Swan Island facility, City Sprint has moved to 8736 NE Alderwood Rd, Portland, OR 97220.  Our new warehouse and office facility is bigger, better and easier to find.
