Fuel Surcharge

Due to the constant increase and change in fuel costs, City Sprint has been forced to revise our Fuel Adjustment Program. This adjustment will take effect immediately. Thank you for your understanding.

The amount of this fuel adjustment will be determined by the Oregon average for unleaded gasoline as published by the AAA, Oregon/Idaho division. The current index may be obtained by calling your closest AAA office or at http://www.aaaorid.com. The fuel adjustment will be determined based on the above index price each Monday of each week.

Terms & Conditions

Unless a greater value is declared when placing an order, the shipper agrees that the value of each shipment is not over $100.00. An additional charge of $.30 per hundred or fraction thereof above the first $100.00 shall be assessed to shipments with a declared value over $100.00 but not to exceed $5000.00. Shipments containing the following items of extraordinary value are limited to a declared value of $500.00 in any event, such as, but not limited to: artwork, jewelry, furs, money, precious metal, stocks, bonds, cash letters or their equivalents. Also, City Sprint Delivery, Inc. will not be liable in any event for damages, whether direct or incidental, special or consequential, in excess of the declared value of a shipment, whether or not we had knowledge that such damages might be incurred including, but not limited to, loss of income or profits.

City Sprint will not be liable for acts or omissions, including, but not limited to, improper or insufficient packaging, securing, marking or addressing, or for the acts or omissions of the recipient or anyone else with interest in the package.

All service is based on distance and traffic conditions. City Sprint will not be liable for delay, damage or loss caused by events beyond our control, including, but not limited to acts of God, perils of the road, weather conditions, mechanical delays, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotions, or acts of omissions of public authorities with actual or apparent authority.
