Whether it needs to be done now or just sometime today, we offer four levels of Same Day services depending on your urgency. Whatever your small package needs are we offer the most reliable and efficient services available.

For this service we have economical pickups with canopies and 10' & 12' Cargo Vans.  This allows us the maximum in efficiency and speed.

HOTSHOT: Dedicated driver for immediate pick-up and delivery. Available weekdays 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the local delivery area. 

RUSH: When time is of the essence, City Sprint can get it there FAST. Available 24 hours a day/365 days a year. A driver will be by to pick-up your delivery within 60 minutes of your call or ready time and deliver asap! 

TIMELY: When it's not as time sensitive, this may be a better option. Available weekdays from 7:00 AM until 1:00-2:00 PM. Pick-up and delivery within 3-4 hours of your call or ready time in the local delivery area.

SAMEDAY: This is our most economical Same Day service available.  Available weekdays from 7:00AM to 11:00AM weekday.  Pick up and and delivery within 6 hours in the local delivery area.

HOURLY: Need a driver for a few hours?  Need one for the day? Need one for the week? Driver and vehicle hourly rates are available 24 hours a day/365 days a year. 

ROUTED SERVICES: For your 5+ multiple shipments that are not so time sensitive. Ready for pickup by 4:00 PM Monday through Friday and delivered by 5:00 PM next business day.

SCHEDULE SERVICE: For those regular jobs that need done on a regular basis such as your post office box pickup, interoffice mail runs, or even a regular parts & supplies run.  Let City Sprint do it for you and keep your valuable personnel at the office.  Service is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

Pallet Rates

City Sprint is pleased to offer pallet rate services in the Portland-Vancouver Metro area as well as many destinations throughout the Pacific Northwest!!  This is your first choice for your dock-to-dock deliveries.  Pallet (skid) dimensions should be no greater than 48x48x72 and 2000 pounds per pallet. 

PALLET RUSH:   For fast, dock-to-dock service.  Delivery will be completed in about 2-3 hours for the local Portland-Vancouver area.  This service is available weekdays from 7:00AM through 5:00PM. 

PALLET SAMEDAY: Need to have pallets delivered "sometime" today?  This is the service for you!  Shipments need to be ready for pickup from 7:00AM to 11:00AM and we will deliver by 5:00PM.

Need something moved outside of those guidelines?  City Sprint can still deliver your shipment.  Refer to our LTL Trucking options.

LTL Trucking

We offer the fastest most reliable Same Day, door-to-door trucking services up to 48,000 pounds. We have 24' Straight trucks, 24’ Curtain Side Trucks, Flatbed and Tractor Trailers up to 53’. All 24’ trucks are lift gate equipped and the drivers carry their own pallet jacks for loading and unloading their own vehicles.

Terms & Conditions

Unless a greater value is declared when placing an order, the shipper agrees that the value of each shipment is not over $100.00. An additional charge of $.30 per hundred or fraction thereof above the first $100.00 shall be assessed to shipments with a declared value over $100.00 but not to exceed $5000.00. Shipments containing the following items of extraordinary value are limited to a declared value of $500.00 in any event, such as, but not limited to: artwork, jewelry, furs, money, precious metal, stocks, bonds, cash letters or their equivalents. Also, City Sprint Delivery, Inc. will not be liable in any event for damages, whether direct or incidental, special or consequential, in excess of the declared value of a shipment, whether or not we had knowledge that such damages might be incurred including, but not limited to, loss of income or profits.

City Sprint will not be liable for acts or omissions, including, but not limited to, improper or insufficient packaging, securing, marking or addressing, or for the acts or omissions of the recipient or anyone else with interest in the package.

All service is based on distance and traffic conditions. City Sprint will not be liable for delay, damage or loss caused by events beyond our control, including, but not limited to acts of God, perils of the road, weather conditions, mechanical delays, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotions, or acts of omissions of public authorities with actual or apparent authority.
